Dr. Horner came to Llano from Coleman County Medical Center and before that, the Rapid City Regional Family Medical Residency program in South Dakota. He obtained his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, Grand Forks, South Dakota, and his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas. He is board certified by the American Board of Medicine. Dr Horner will work out of our Llano WellCare, covering Llano, Mason and San Saba. He will also perform upper endoscopy and colonoscopy at MidCoast Central.
